Wir wandern von Praia in die historische Stadt Cidade Velha. Nach einem Schenkelhalsbruch darf Rainer sein linkes Bein nur zu 50% belasten.

We are hiking from Praia into the historic town of Cidade Velha. After a fracture of the neck of the femur, Rainer can only put half of his body weight on his left leg.
